Support Coaches work directly with our clients to assist with daily living activities, skill-building, community engagement, and decision-making. This role is ideal for individuals who care deeply about people and want to help create meaningful, positive change in their lives.

What You’ll Do
As a Support Coach, you will:
- Promote clients’ choices, rights, dignity, and independence
- Assist with daily living skills, such as planning, organizing, and problem-solving
- Support clients as they navigate community activities and personal goals
- Use strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport
- Encourage and teach life skills that increase independence
- Help maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment
- Document progress and follow individualized support plans
